How can I share product feedback?

Can I update my order after placing it?

If your order hasn't shipped yet, we'll do our best to help.

Please contact our team as soon as possible on +1 (303) 598 2321 with your order details. Once an order has been dispatched, changes can no longer be made.

Can I track my order?

Yes. As soon as your order ships, you'll receive shipping confirmation with your tracking information so you can follow your package all the way to your door.

When will I get my order?

We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.

Where are your products manufactured?

Our products are manufactured both locally and globally. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are high quality and a fair value.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.

My dot doesn't look perfectly round. Is something wrong?

Not necessarily.

If your red dot appears blurry, stretched, star-shaped or irregular, it's often caused by astigmatism, a common condition that affects how your eye sees the reflected LED inside the optic. Most people have some degree of astigmatism.

Here's how you can determine whether the issue is with the optic or your eyesight:

Take a photo with your phone.
Aim the optic at a plain, dark background and set the brightness to an appropriate level for your environment. If the dot looks normal in the photo but not to your eye, the optic is working correctly.

Switch eyes.
Look through the optic with one eye, then the other. If the dot changes shape, it's likely caused by your vision.

Rotate the optic.
While looking through the optic, slowly rotate it. If the irregular shape stays in the same position, it's likely your eye. If the shape rotates with the optic, the optic may require inspection.

Check the brightness setting.
A brightness level that's too high for the surrounding light can make any dot appear to bloom or create a starburst effect. Lowering the brightness often produces a much sharper, cleaner aiming point.

Why won't my optic turn on?

Before sending your optic in for warranty, try these quick checks:

  • Replace the battery with a new one.
  • Ensure the battery is installed correctly and the battery cap is fully tightened.
  • Increase the brightness level, as your optic may be set to one of the night vision settings.
  • Confirm the battery contacts are clean and free from debris.

If your optic still doesn't power on, please contact our support team. We'll guide you through the next steps and, if necessary, arrange a warranty inspection.

Why doesn't my dot look as bright as it used to?

The most common cause is a battery nearing the end of its life.

As battery power decreases, the dot may appear dimmer, even at the highest brightness setting.

We recommend replacing the battery first.

If the dot still appears unusually dim after installing a fresh battery, please contact our support team. We'll help determine whether the optic requires warranty evaluation.

Why doesn't my dot look as bright as it used to?

The most common cause is a battery nearing the end of its life.

As battery power decreases, the dot may appear dimmer, even at the highest brightness setting.

Replace the battery with a new one and check the brightness again. If the dot still appears significantly dimmer than normal, your optic may require inspection under our Lifetime Warranty.

Why does my dot look bigger than it's supposed to?

A dot that appears larger than expected is usually caused by the brightness setting or viewing conditions.

Try the following:

  • Lower the brightness to match your environment, especially when shooting indoors or in low light.
  • Focus on your target, not the dot, while keeping both eyes open.
  • Make sure the objective lens cover is fully open, as looking through a closed cover can make the dot appear much larger.

If the dot still appears oversized after these checks, please contact our support team. We'll be happy to inspect your optic under warranty.

Why does my dot look like a cluster of dots instead of a single dot?

This is often a result of how your eyes and brain process the LED image, especially if you've been staring at the dot for an extended period.

Try these quick checks:

  • Rest your eyes for a few moments.
  • Open the objective lens cover completely.
  • View the dot as you normally would while aiming, rather than focusing directly on it.

If the dot still appears as a cluster after trying these steps, please contact our support team for further assistance.

Why is there a halo around my dot?

A halo or glow around the dot is almost always caused by the brightness being set too high for the surrounding light.

Reduce the illumination to a level that's appropriate for your environment. Indoors or in low-light conditions, maximum brightness will often create a halo or blooming effect.

If the halo remains after adjusting the brightness, please contact our support team so we can evaluate your optic.

Why won't my dot illuminate?

Before sending your optic in for warranty, try these quick checks:

  • Make sure the optic isn't in Night Vision (NV) Mode.
  • Replace the battery with a fresh one.
  • Ensure the battery is installed correctly.
  • Tighten the battery cap until it is fully seated to ensure a proper electrical connection.

If your optic still doesn't illuminate, please contact our support team. We'll help determine whether it requires warranty service.

Note: If your model features Motion Activation, remember that the optic may automatically enter sleep mode after a period of inactivity. Simply move the optic to wake it.

My dot is flickering. What should I do?

Flickering is almost always caused by an incomplete battery connection.

Ensure the battery cap is tightened fully. It's normal to feel resistance as the rubber O-ring compresses. This is part of the waterproof seal and helps protect your optic from the elements.

If the flickering continues after confirming the battery cap is fully seated, please contact our support team for further assistance.

I think there's a problem with my optic. What should I do?
